Description

Decking clips fasten composite decking boards to the joists and subframes that sit underneath them. Fastened correctly and securely using our hidden fixing system, they provide a secure connection between the joists and decking substructure, making decking installation quick and easy.

Hidden T-Clips

Ecoscape Hidden T-Clips are used to secure adjacent composite decking boards together while providing the recommended spacing to account for weather and heat fluctuations. Part of the hidden fixing system, decking T-clips allow for quick and easy composite decking installation with no visible screws.

Locking Clip

Ecoscape also offer a Locking clip. This is a similar profile to the T-Clip but with serrated teeth which lock the board in place. This ensures even expansion or contraction during hot or cold weather. One Locking clip can be placed to the centre of each board where it hits the sub-frame. This will allow for the even expansion and contraction across the board length.

Start / Finish Clip

As the name suggests, start/finish decking clips are used at the start/end of the joist decking substructure as part of the hidden fixing system and make it easy to install the first decking board. A recycled product, start/finish clips allow for quick composite decking installation with no unsightly screws. The clips also allow for the expansion and contraction of the decking board.

Colour Coded Screw 

Stainless steel grade 316 powder coated screw. Generally used with angle trim, fascia boards and on the odd occasion where a t-clip can’t be used.

Square Drive Tool

Used for colour coded screws.
