Description
The light green colour from pressure treated timber has become very popular in the garden. But this colour won’t last; the timber is very porous and dirt will soon mark the timber. Decking Stain Light Green wood stain will replenish the original colour of the decking and offer further protection through waterproofing the timber surface. This wood stain can also be used on Sheds, Stables, fencing and furniture.
Protek Decking Stain has been specially formulated to give all types of external timber decking an enriching colour that is hard wearing and lasts.
Once applied Protek Decking Stain leaves behind a hard durable surface that can withstand everyday foot traffic. It is a water based acrylic and Alkyd hybrid that incorporates a polyurethane dispersion based on linseed oil, a natural renewable resource.
This waterproofing stain can also be used to colour and protect hardwood and softwood garden furniture, summerhouses etc.

The 2.5 litre tins will cover an area up to 20m2 per coat.
This is a protective water-repellent coating. If your timber isn’t treated with a preservative then depending on the type of wood and product, you may want to use our Wood Preserver first.
