The quickest way to shop with us is using our Click & Collect service. You can check stock in-store and pay online. There are some items that are sent from our suppliers and will usually arrive to us within 5-10 working days, however this information is clearly shown on those items online. Please wait for your ‘Ready to collect’ email before travelling to collect.

When arriving to collect your items, please head into either the Trade Counter at the Main Site or the Sales Counter at the Fencing Centre, your email confirmation will advise you which Counter to go to, where we will assist you in loading your vehicle.

Here’s how it works:

• Shop online at jameschambers.mahon.cloud and in the basket page select your items for ‘Customer to Collect’.

• We will advise by email if the product that you have selected is one which comes to us from our suppliers, and will also advise of a rough date it is expected to be delivered to us.
• Please wait for your email to confirm your order is ready to collect in store before travelling to collect your items
• Our sites are open 7:30–17:00 Mon–Fri, 8:00–12:00 Sat. PLEASE NOTE: We are closed on Bank Holidays.
